Mayor Jenny A. Durkan issued the following statement last night after the passage of the GOP tax bill:
“Tonight’s passage of the GOP tax plan is a vote against working people and the City of Seattle. This terrible bill worsens inequality by shifting the tax burden to families, seniors and those who can’t afford it.”
